Returns and Refund Policy 

At Pink Polar GP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our hassle-free return policy is designed to make things right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items.

Product Condition Requirement 

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

Return Cost and Fees 

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. Pinkpolargp.com covers the full cost of the return. There is absolutely no extra charge to the buyer.

  • Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item 

We handle the logistics so you don’t have to. You do not need a printer, and you do not need to drop the package off anywhere.

  1. Initiate the Return: Email our support team at support@pinkpolargp.com with your order number to request a return.

  2. Doorstep Pickup Scheduled: We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the package directly from your doorstep.

  3. Hand It Over: You do not need to print a return label. Securely pack the item, and the courier will bring the necessary shipping label and paperwork when they arrive for the pickup.

Refund Processing 

Once your returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets the condition requirements, we will process your refund.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a swift pickup and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
