Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we might be able to help. Please email us at support@pinkpolargp.com within a few hours of placing your order.

Our handling time is usually 2–4 business days. Delivery time varies by location:

No. We do not sell official merchandise or imitate any brand, team, or athlete. All our designs are original fan art — made for fans, by fans.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer returns or refunds for size issues, preference changes, or incorrect orders made by the buyer. All items are made to order — we encourage checking size and details before purchasing.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear defect, we’ll send you a replacement. Just email us within 7 days with:
Photos showing the damage
Order number
Any other evidence if requested
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
No. In case of damage or defects, we provide replacements only, not refunds.
