No Returns or Refunds for Buyer Preferences

We are a small business passionate about designing unique products for fans around the world. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

• You ordered the wrong size
• You changed your mind after the order was placed
• You were expecting something different or simply don’t like it
• There are slight variations in color or placement due to printing methods

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details and size guides before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll be happy to send you a free replacement.

Here’s what to do:

• Email us at support@pinkpolargp.com within 7 days of receiving the item
• Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect
• Include your order number and any other details you feel are important

Our team may request additional evidence if needed to process your claim. Once verified, we’ll get your replacement ready and shipped to you as quickly as possible!

If You Still Want to Return It Anyway

If you would still like to return an item that doesn’t fall under our damage/defect policy, you may do so at your own discretion. However, please note:

• You will be responsible for the full cost of the item and return shipping
• We are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange in such cases
