Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States & Europe: 5 to 7 business days.

• Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the product type and the total value of your order. You will be able to view the final, exact shipping cost for your order at the checkout page before you complete your payment. There are no hidden shipping fees.

International Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Pink Polar GP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Import Duties and Taxes

Pink Polar GP ships all orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis

• We cover all import duties, taxes, and VAT
• The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. We handle all customs formalities on your behalf to ensure a seamless delivery experience
